I forgot my password or want to change it and can't log in

Sign in with an email code

Current versions of AlgoApp can sign you in with a verification code instead of a password.

1. Open AlgoApp or AlgoApp Web.
2. Enter the email address for your existing AlgoApp account and choose "Send Code".
3. If a password box appears, choose "Forgot Password?" to request an email code.
4. Enter the six-digit code from the email in AlgoApp.

This signs you in; it does not ask you to create a new password. Older app versions may instead send a password-reset link. Follow the instructions in the email for the version you are using.

If you cannot sign in

• Check spam or junk folders and confirm the account email is correct.
• Use the latest code if you requested more than one.
• If you normally use "Continue with Apple" or "Continue with Google", use the same sign-in method. An Apple private relay address may differ from your usual email.
• Contact support@algoapp.ai if you no longer have access to the account email.
