I forgot my password or want to change it and can't log in

Reset your password

If you cannot sign in because you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign-in screen.

1. Open AlgoApp or AlgoApp Web.
2. On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter the email address for your AlgoApp account.
4. Open the email you receive and choose "Reset your password".
5. Follow the prompts to set a new password, then sign in again.

Good to know

• If you have never created an account before, choose "Sign Up" instead.
• If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the correct email address.
