What are Local, Cloud, and Shared decks?

The difference between Local, Cloud, and Shared decks

AlgoApp can show the same deck in a few different states.

• "Local" deck: the deck is downloaded to this device and can be used here.
• "Cloud" deck: the deck belongs to your account but is not currently downloaded to this device.
• "Shared" deck: someone else shared the deck with you.

Why this matters

A deck can exist in the cloud without being stored locally on every device. That is why a deck you created on one device may appear as a cloud deck on another device until you download it there.
