How do I restore purchases or Unlimited access?

When to use "Restore Purchases"

Use "Restore Purchases" if you previously bought AlgoApp Unlimited through Apple's in-app purchase system and the app is not recognizing that purchase on your current device.

How to restore

1. Sign in to the same AlgoApp account you used before.
2. Open the Unlimited or upgrade screen.
3. Choose "Restore Purchases".
4. Wait a moment for the app to re-check your Apple purchase history.

Important

• This is mainly for Apple purchases.
• Make sure you are also signed in to the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
• If you bought access another way, the purchase may sync automatically once you sign in to the correct AlgoApp account.

If it still does not appear

Contact support and include:

• your AlgoApp account email
• the platform you purchased on
• whether the purchase was made through Apple, web, or another platform
