How do I restore purchases or Unlimited access?

Restore an Apple purchase

Use this if an existing Apple in-app purchase of AlgoApp Unlimited is not recognized.

1. Sign in to the AlgoApp account associated with the purchase.
2. On an Apple version of AlgoApp that offers in-app purchases, open the Unlimited upgrade screen.
3. Choose "Restore Purchases" and wait for the result.

Also check that the App Store is using the Apple Account that made the purchase. The Apple Account used for payment and your AlgoApp account are separate accounts.

Purchases made on the web

Sign in to the AlgoApp account used at checkout and sync. "Restore Purchases" checks Apple purchases; it does not restore a web/Stripe purchase.

If access is still missing

Contact support@algoapp.ai with your AlgoApp account email, where you purchased, and the receipt or order reference. Do not buy again just to restore an existing purchase.
