Apple: I forgot to cancel my free trial and I got charged. Can I get a refund?

Request a refund from Apple

Apple decides whether an Apple-billed purchase is eligible for a refund; approval is not guaranteed.

Sign in to Apple's refund request site with the Apple Account used for the purchase, select the refund option, and submit the charge you want reviewed. See Apple's refund instructions.

AlgoApp support cannot issue refunds for Apple-billed subscriptions. If you cannot find the charge, check the receipt to confirm which account and billing provider were used.
