How do I cancel my subscription?
Check who bills you
Use your receipt or "Profile" > "Account" to identify the subscription. Cancellation is handled by the billing provider.
Apple purchases
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then open Subscriptions. Select AlgoApp and choose Cancel Subscription. You can also follow Apple's cancellation instructions for other devices.
Use the Apple Account shown on the receipt. If there is no Cancel button and Apple shows an expiration date, it may already be canceled. Apple advises canceling a trial at least 24 hours before it ends.
Web/Stripe purchases
- Open "Profile" > "Account" in AlgoApp.
- Choose "Manage Subscription".
- Complete cancellation on the billing page and check the confirmation.
If the subscription is missing, confirm the AlgoApp account email matches the account used to buy it. Contact support@algoapp.ai if you cannot access the management page.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation and refund requests are separate. A lifetime purchase has no recurring subscription to cancel.
