What is the difference between AlgoApp and other "Anki" like apps, such as AnkiSRS?
Separate apps and accounts
AlgoApp, formerly called AnkiApp, is a separate product from Anki, AnkiWeb, AnkiMobile, and AnkiDroid. AlgoApp accounts, purchases, and sync are separate from those services. See AnkiApp is now AlgoApp.
What AlgoApp offers
AlgoApp includes adaptive review with FSRS, AI card generation, image occlusion, rich text and media, translation, text-to-speech, and study groups across mobile, desktop, and web.
Moving decks from Anki
You can import an Anki deck package (.apkg) into AlgoApp. This transfers supported card content and tags, but not your Anki review history or scheduling. Importing creates content in AlgoApp; it does not establish ongoing sync with AnkiWeb.
